A Musical Tribute of Legacy and Hope at the Institut du Monde Arabe, organized by the festival "Les Musicales du Liban"

The concert brought together three generations of the El Bacha family, as Abdel Rahman performed alongside his children, Camille and Bahia. Their presence on stage created a touching moment of continuity, carrying forward a rich musical heritage with emotion and grace. The Musicales du Liban Choir and the Elmire Quartet also helped make this evening unforgettable. The evening held special meaning for the Children's Cancer Center League Foundation France (CCCLF), as Mr. Jack Lang, Président of the Arab World Institute, delivered a rare and deeply appreciated speech dedicated specifically to the CCCLF, stating that “CCCLF beneficiary, CCCL, was founded in 2002 and treats children with cancer, with a cure rate that exceeds 80%,” reaffirming the importance of our mission and the strong support behind it. The evening concluded with an important and inspiring announcement, marking the launch of a new cultural collaboration with Les Musicales du Liban in Paris in 2026.

Indeed, Les Musicales du Liban have committed to donating a part of the proceeds from all their concerts in 2026 to the CCCLF. This commitment opens the door to future initiatives that unite music, solidarity, and meaningful support for children fighting pediatric cancer in Lebanon.
