United for Hope Charity Event in Gabon

The initiative came to life through meaningful connections with the Lebanese community in Gabon and shared conversations around giving back to children battling cancer, with CCCL at the heart of the cause. Co-organized with Mrs. Nagham Idriss, Mrs. Rima Baydoun Daher, representing CCCL, and Mrs. Tala Rifaii, a cancer survivor treated at the American University of Beirut Medical Center, the event brought people together over a Lebanese breakfast, a tombola, and donation activities. The gathering began with a presentation about CCCL, followed by Mrs. Tala sharing her inspiring personal journey, reflecting the mission of hope, resilience, and healing. Funds raised during the event supported both CCCL and the Al Karim Fund at AUBMC, contributing to the care and support of cancer patients.
